All pick up times for the trip will be confirmed by SMS/ message prior to trip date, on the WhatsApp Number provided on the booking form.
✅Towels, water, and money to pay the local tax of $5 USD (for ages 7 and above).
✅Money for personal expenses.
✅Snorkelling equipment is available for free upon request.
• If the trip is cancelled more than 24 hours before departure, 100% of the price will be refunded.
• If the client misses the departure or cancels the trip at the departure time, no refund will be provided.
• If the trip can be rescheduled, it can be moved to another day.
• In case of cancellation of a rescheduled trip, the payment is non-refundable.
• If a medical report is provided, the full price of the trip will be refunded.
• 100% of the amount will be refunded if cancelled 3 days before, 50% if cancelled less than 3 days in advance, and no refund for cancellations the day before or later.
