Next, you'll visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, one of Egypt's most iconic monuments. This mortuary temple, built into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, is dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt's most successful female pharaohs
Its terraced structure, with grand colonnades and impressive architecture, is a marvel of ancient design. Afterward, head to the Valley of the Kings, where you’ll explore the tombs of Egypt's most powerful pharaohs, including the tomb of King Tutankhamun. Please note that entry to King Tut’s tomb is not included in the standard ticket and requires an additional fee, which you can purchase on-site. This ancient burial ground offers a fascinating glimpse into the pharaohs’ afterlife beliefs, with its richly decorated chambers and elaborate tombs.
Following this, enjoy a relaxing Felucca ride on the Nile, where you can take in the serene beauty of the river that has been the lifeblood of Egypt for thousands of years. After the boat ride, it’s time to refuel with a delicious lunch, providing an opportunity to taste traditional Egyptian cuisine
Your day continues with a visit to the Karnak Temple Complex, one of the largest religious sites in the world. This vast temple, dedicated to the god Amun, features stunning hieroglyphics, towering columns, and the famous Great Hypostyle Hall. As you explore, you’ll marvel at the intricate carvings and massive stone structures that date back over 2,000 years. By the evening, after a full day of exploring Luxor’s rich history, you'll begin your journey back to Hurghada, with an estimated return time of around 10:00 PM.
