Once you arrive in Egypt and check into your hotel, we will contact you using the phone number provided in your booking form to confirm your trip date and time.
On the day of your trip, we will pick you up from your hotel or the agreed meeting point. If you’ve only paid the booking fee, the remaining balance will be settled at this time. For certain trips, such as Luxor and Cairo, full payment may be required in advance to meet minimum participant requirements.
