Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Red Sea Day Trips. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

General Terms
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Prices are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All tours require a minimum number of participants. In case the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule, offer an alternative, or provide a full refund.
  • It is the responsibility of guests to ensure they provide accurate personal details during booking.
  • Guests must have valid identification and visas (if required) for the tour.
Booking and Payment
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy

Guest-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the trip date: 90% Full refund (excluding 10% admin fees)  
    • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the trip date: 50% refund (Excluding 10&  Admin fees)
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip date: No refund.
    • If a medical report from a registered and/or local doctor is provided, we will issue a full refund.
    • Cairo trips by flight, the flight ticket portion of the booking is non-refundable, and only the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:
    • In rare cases where we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns), guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for booking.
  • Any applicable bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
Tour Changes
  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary due to operational, safety, or environmental factors. Guests will be notified in advance whenever possible.
  • Significant changes will give guests the option to accept the change, choose an alternative tour, or receive a full refund.
Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. Red Sea Day Trips is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Guests must follow the instructions of guides and staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
  • Any health or dietary requirements should be communicated to us at the time of booking.
Liability
  • While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, guests participate in tours at their own risk.
  • Red Sea Day Trips is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour unless caused by negligence on our part.
Force Majeure
  • We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Disputes
  • Any disputes arising from bookings or tours will be governed by the laws of Egypt.
