Welcome to Red Sea Day Trips. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

General Terms
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Prices are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All tours require a minimum number of participants. In case the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule, offer an alternative, or provide a full refund.
  • It is the responsibility of guests to ensure they provide accurate personal details during booking.
  • Guests must have valid identification and visas (if required) for the tour.
Booking and Payment
  • No deposit or advance payment is required to secure your booking.
  • Payment will be collected in cash at your hotel by our representative before your trip date.
  •  Your booking will be confirmed by email once we receive your online reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

(Airfare & Admin Fees Non-Refundable – applies to Cairo by Flight trip only)

  • 100% refund is available if the trip is cancelled more than 3 days before the departure date.
  • 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before departure.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made the day before or on the day of the trip, or if the client misses the trip.
  • If cancelled more than 24 hours before departure, a full refund of the trip cost will be provided 
  • Trips may be rescheduled, subject to availability. However, if a rescheduled trip is cancelled, the payment becomes non-refundable.
  • In case of a medical emergency, a full refund will be issued upon presentation of a valid medical report 
  • For Cairo by Flight trips only: Please note that airfare is non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds apply only to the land package portion.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds (if payment has already been collected) will be given in cash directly by our representative.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly after your cancellation is confirmed.
Tour Changes
  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary due to operational, safety, or environmental factors. Guests will be notified in advance whenever possible.
  • Significant changes will give guests the option to accept the change, choose an alternative tour, or receive a full refund.
Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. Red Sea Day Trips is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Guests must follow the instructions of guides and staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
  • Any health or dietary requirements should be communicated to us at the time of booking.
Liability
  • While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, guests participate in tours at their own risk.
  • Red Sea Day Trips is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour unless caused by negligence on our part.
Force Majeure
  • We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Disputes
  • Any disputes arising from bookings or tours will be governed by the laws of Egypt.

Photo & Video Disclaimer
  • Please note that during our trips, photos and videos may be taken by our team for the purpose of capturing memorable moments. By participating in any of our activities, you acknowledge and agree that such media may be used by us for marketing purposes only, including but not limited to publication on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

  • If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos used for marketing, please inform a member of our team at the start of your trip. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
